DYLAN AND JESS
With over 16 years of hands-on experience in custom fabrication and welding, these two have built more than just metal structures — they’ve built a career grounded in precision, creativity, and a shared passion for craftsmanship. What started as a teenage job on a local farm has evolved into a full-fledged partnership between two lifelong friends who understand hard work and the value of doing things right the first time.
Their journey into fabrication began in Enumclaw, Washington, where they landed jobs at a custom fabrication shop. There, they honed their skills working on everything from industrial installations to high-end aerospace projects. Whether it was contributing to builds for SpaceX or crafting platforms, staircases, and handrails for small businesses, their dedication to quality was always front and center.
During this time, they mastered a wide range of welding techniques — TIG, MIG, stick, and pretty much anything involving molten metal and sparks. Their toolbox of skills grew with every project, as did their appreciation for craftsmanship and the endless possibilities of custom fabrication.
Eventually, they each branched out and joined Local 86 of the Iron Workers Union. There, they worked their way up to journeymen and eventually foremen, leading crews and managing projects with the same care and attention they’d brought to every job before. This chapter of their careers opened the door to some of the biggest construction projects in the Pacific Northwest.
From Sound Transit to the Seattle Aquarium, the Seattle Ferry Terminal to Seatac Airport, they’ve helped build the bones of the city. They’ve worked on commercial projects like Whole Foods, Lovers Package, and REI, and even lent their skills to big-name tech clients like Microsoft and Bungie.
These experiences didn’t just sharpen their technical abilities — they also taught them how to solve complex problems under pressure, manage teams, and meet the highest industry standards. Their background in both large-scale structural work and precision custom fabrication gives them a rare combination of adaptability and expertise.
Now, with their forces officially combined, they’ve launched their own venture focused on offering permanent solutions for any and all custom fabrication needs. Whether it’s a one-off piece or a multi-phase industrial project, they’re ready to design, build, and deliver with skill and efficiency.
Most importantly, they still love what they do — and it shows in every weld, every beam, and every satisfied client. After all these years, they haven’t lost their sense of humor, their pride in their work, or their belief that the best projects are built with both grit and heart.
